Olympus Trip 35 Film Pressure Plate
What does this part do?
The film pressure plate attaches to the camera door on the inside of the camera. It is sprung to provide a light pressure to the 35mm film in order to achieve correct exposure and keep the film running through the film spool cogs. It also has the date the camera was manufactured on reverse. If you require a particular date year to match the serial number on your camera, let us know.
Examples of why this part commonly fails or needs replacing?
- Sometimes bent out of shape
- Broken connection between steel black plate and tension plate

What tools are required?
- No tools required but experience of adjusting tension to apply the correct pressure is required through previous experience or comparison with another working camera.
Condition: Used in Excellent condition. We always pick the best we have from stock but items are used and so will show signs of use and wear.
