Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt / delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of postage by courier tracking number.

Please do not send your purchase back until you have requested a refund or exchange and have received the return address from us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use and additional wear and tear since purchase
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval type.

If approved based on our return terms, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Non-Product Fault returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This covers the basic cost of admin, camera cleaning and new photography / re-listing the item on various selling platforms.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Clearance items cannot be refunded and are not included in the 30 day refund / exchange terms and conditions. However, the standard 90 Day Warranty is valid on clearance should the item malfunction.

We only replace items if they are defective with faults that we have not noticed before sending to you.. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address we will provide for you.

Exchange Items

Please note that vintage cameras are previously owned and often 40 to 50 years old, therefore each will have a unique appearance and an exchange camera will look slightly different to the original item purchased.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should email [email protected] for our returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Buyers (Non UK)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Have A Nice Trip is not responsible for delays due to customs holding items. Any import / customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs department to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. The customs tariff number for vintage cameras is 9007100000 and this will be declared on your customs label attached to your package.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below cost or mark items as “gifts” or “other”.
