A new Olympus Trip 35 Soft Shutter Button.

Simply screw on to the top of the original shutter release button. Good fit. Shallow thread Depth.

Provides additional support for wider fingers whilst also reducing camera shake especially at low shutter speed. Especially useful when working a Trip 35 out of “A” Auto on 1/40th Sec.

Currently available in Red, Silver, Black and Gold.

Care Note:

A. Care should betaken on Trip 35’s with a black shutter button (not chrome). Overtightening the soft shutter button can place excessive pressure on the plastic…. some of which are now quite brittle at over 40 years old.

B. To avoid putting undue pressure on the shutter mechanism. Always press gently.
